Singer-actor Miley Cyrus has supported singer Ariana Grande's decision of skipping this year's Grammy Awards.
In an interview to variety.com, Cyrus suggested that she respects Grande's decision which came after the latter and the song's producers sparred over which songs she would perform at the gala.
Cyrus used the lyrics of her song "You do" while speaking about Grande.
"I think do you girl as long as you do you and I do me will be good," she said.
Grande felt "insulted" after producers initially refused to allow her to perform "7 rings", the latest single from her next album "Thank U, Next".
Grande is also nominated for two awards - Best Pop Vocal Album for "Sweetener" and Best Pop Solo Performance for "God is a woman" at the 2019 Grammy Awards which will take place here on Sunday.
