Daughters of drought-hit farmers to get help

Drought-hit farmers in Madhya Pradesh can claim Rs.25,000 as government aid if they marry off their daughters under the Chief Minister Kanyadaan Yojana.
An official order said that farmers who suffered losses due to drought or insufficient rains during the Kharif season could apply for the grant.
