Actor David Arquette's representative says that actor has not split from his his fiancee Christina McLarty.
The split rumours started doing the rounds since the actor was seen arguing with McLarty in public.
The actor was seen shouting at McLarty, with whom he has a six-month-old son Charlie, during a public argument, which was caught on camera Friday night, reports mirror.co.uk.
In the footage, the actor was seen shouting at McLarty, whom he has been dating for three years and proposed to in July, as she chased after him along Melrose Avenue here, following their date night at a restaurant.
The 43-year-old actor said: "That's it, I can't take it any more. I'm done, I'm sorry. Just like the last guy. I'm just like him."
The 33-year-old, who seemed to be in tears, later replied with: "Stop David... Come here, please!"
A representative of Arquette said: "Everything is fine... they are not split."
McLarty was previously married to Joe Francis and their relationship came to an end in 2010 when she moved to New York.
Meanwhile, Arquette was married to "Friends" actress Courteney Cox for 11 years. The couple, who has 10-year-old daughter Coco, parted ways in 2010 and divorced two years later.
