DDA to allot land for new diplomatic enclave

The Cabinet on Wednesday approved transfer of land Dwarka Sector 24 here for a second diplomatic enclave in the capital.
The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) agreed to give 34.87 hectare land at the location to the Land and Development Office (L&DO).
The diplomatic enclave is presently located in Chanakyapuri in south Delhi which is home to most embassies and high commissions.
