Delhi Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung Thursday sent the proposal for the removal of Delhi Commission for Women chairperson Barkha Singh back to the state government, said an officer.
"The file has been sent back to the chief minister's office with the recommendations of the LG," an official from LG's Office told IANS, adding he was not privy to what the recommendations were.
