Delhi's Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung met union Home Secretary L.C. Goyal at his office at bthe Central Secretariat here on Thursday morning, sources said.
Sources said that the Lt. Governor apprised the home secretary of the ongoing tussle between his office and the Delhi government, led by Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal.
"The LG also raised his concerns with the Centre over the transfer of officers despite home ministry orders," an official source claimed.
The tussle between Jung and the Kejriwal government started over the appointment of senior bureaucrat Shakuntala Gamlin as the acting chief secretary on May 15.
Kejriwal had accused Gamlin of lobbying for power distribution companies in the national capital.
