Real estate major DLF has appointed Saurabh Chawla as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
According to the company, the decision was taken at the meeting of its board of directors held on Friday.
"Further, upon elevation of the Group CFO, Mr. Ashok Kumar Tyagi as whole-time Director of the company, the Board of Directors, on the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, has appointed Mr. Saurabh Chawla as Group CFO and KMP (Key Management Personnel) of the company," DLF said in a regulatory filing.
