DLF's Q4 standalone net profit up 123 percent

Realty major DLF on Friday reported a rise of 122.53 percent in its standalone net profit for the fourth quarter of 2015-16.

The company's Q4 standalone net profit stood at Rs.1,088.94 crore from Rs.489.34 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of 2014-15.

The realty major's standalone total income for the quarter under review increased by 25.21 percent to Rs.1,596.80 crore from Rs.1,275.25 crore.

For the full financial year 2015-16, the company's standalone net profit inched up by 3.66 percent at Rs.974.56 crore against Rs.940.07 crore in 2014-15.

However, the company's standalone total income for the year ended March 31, 2016, declined by 12.04 percent to Rs.3,572.59 crore from Rs.4,061.88 crore in the corresponding previous fiscal.

On a consolidated basis, the company's net profit for Q4 declined by 22.85 percent at Rs.132.39 crore from Rs.171.62 crore in the corresponding period of 2014-15.

In contrast DLF's consolidated total income for the quarter under review increased by 18.78 percent to Rs.2,495.78 crore from Rs.2,101.16 crore.

For full fiscal, the company's consolidated net profit inched up by 1.69 percent at Rs.549.39 crore against Rs.540.24 crore in 2014-15.

However, the company's consolidated total income for the year ended March 31, 2016, increased by 20.21 percent to Rs.9,819.15 crore from Rs.8,168.17 crore in the corresponding previous fiscal.
