Women's 100 metres runner-up Dafne Schippers of the Netherlands clocked 21.63 seconds to win the 200 metres title at the World Athletics Championships here on Friday.
Elaine Thompson of Jamaica claimed silver in 21.66 seconds and her teammate Veronica Campbell-Brown took bronze in 21.97 seconds at the Bird's Nest stadium, reports Xinhua.
Schippers also created an European record during her effort.
