Online auction site eBay has decided to open its warehouse near Riga to facilitate eBay operations in Russia, media reports said.

Entrepreneurs from all over the world can use the new warehouse to store their goods for the Russian market, and can shorten the delivery time by up to 5 or 6 days to Moscow, Xinhua quoted Evgeny Tikhomirov, eBay Russian director of operations, as saying.

Currently, eBay is at its final stage of the legal formalities and by the end of March its operation will start, media reports said.
