Nobel Peace Prize winner Kailash Satyarthi on Saturday said education can bolster India's economy and enable social justice.
"The road to sustained economic growth, inclusive development and social justice passes only through education.
"If we educate everyone over the next 10 years, then our GDPAgrowth rate will increase by four per cent," Satyarthi said here at the Rotary International Literacy & Wash in Schools Presidential Conference.
He said opening doors of a classroom for children, opens up growth opportunities for them.
Satyarthi also reiterated his views on apathy, fear and intolerance being the three most serious enemies in the world right now.
