Eight killed in Cameroon suicide attack

At least eight people were killed on Sunday in a suicide bomb attack on in northern Cameroon's Sangueleri region near the Nigerian border.

A young woman aged around 25 years old blew herself up that triggered a deadly explosion, causing at least eight deaths, including the attacker, security sources told Xinhua news agency reported.

Six others were injured.

No group has taken responsibility for the attack but national defence and security forces have accused the Nigerian Islamist terror group Boko Haram to be the perpetrator.
