Swedish communication technology firm Ericsson on Monday announced the appointment of Nunzio Mirtillo as Head of Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India.
Mirtillo will look after Ericsson's business across markets including India, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, the Philippines and Bangladesh, the company said in a statement.
"I am looking forward to bring my experience of working in different roles across a diverse range of markets to the newly-combined Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India," said Nunzio Mirtillo, Head of Market Area South East Asia, Oceania and India.
Mirtillo has worked with Ericsson for 29 years in various top roles in solutions development, sales, marketing and delivery.
