Explosion kills three Palestinians in Gaza

At least three Palestinians were killed and 20 others injured in an explosion in the Gaza Strip on Thursday, a security official said.

The explosion occurred while workers in Rafah town were removing the rubble of a house that was destroyed in last summer's Israeli military offensive waged on Gaza, Xinhua quoted a security official as saying.

According to the official, an Israeli rocket, which was fired on the house during the war but did not detonate at the time, exploded.
