Five people including three students went missing after they went for a bath in the sea off the popular R.K. Beach here on Sunday, police said.
The five are suspected to have drowned. Police have launched a search for them with the help of divers.
Those missing include three students - Shravan, Prasad and Sheshu - from a private school in Kothavalasa mandal of Vijyanagaram district of Andhra Pradesh. Seeta of Odisha and Babar from Bihar were the other two who were missing at the popular beach, which was thronged by hundreds of people.
