Five CRPF troopers injured in Kashmir road accident

Five Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) troopers were injured Sunday in a road accident on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

"Five CRPF personnel of the 98th Battalion were injured critically when the vehicle in which they were travelling from Jammu to Srinagar hit a standing truck near Makhan Dhabha at Chanderkote," said a police officer.

All the injured were taken to Ramban district hospital and after primary treatment, shifted to the Government Medical College here by helicopter, the officer added.
