International dancer and actress Lauren Gottlieb, currently a contestant on dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6", is happy that she is doing TV because she feels it is the best way to familiarise herself with people.
Lauren is an American and has featured in many TV shows in her home country. She made her entry in Hindi films with Remo D'Souza's "AnyBody Can Dance".
"I am doing 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa', going from film to TV so people were questioning that why you did that..? But I am new in the country (India) and it's a great way for people to know about me," Lauren said here during the photo shoot.
Currently, Lauren is enjoying her stint on "Jhalak..." and happy with appreciation she has been getting on the show.
"I hope I can show the talent in the best way I can and what I can wish for more than anything that good comments I am getting from the judges, the three people (Remo D'Souza, Madhuri Dixit and Karan Johar) that I respect deeply," she said.
Lauren is competing with Karanvir Bohra, Drashti Dhami, Siddharth Shukla, Mukti Mohan, Sana Saeed, RJ Mantra, actor Karan Patel, and "India's Got Talent" winners Sonali and Sumant for the winner's title.
