Fourth Test: India reach 73/1 versus Australia, chasing 349

India reached 73/1 at lunch while chasing a target of 349 runs on the fifth day of the fourth and final Test against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) here Saturday.

Australia declared at their overnight score of 251/6 and with a lead of 348 runs, leaving India a target of 349 runs in 90 overs.

The visitors lost Lokesh Rahul (16) in the session, but Murali Vijay (batting on 35) and Rohit Sharma (batting on 19) were at the crease when lunch was called.
