Actor George Clooney reportedly tried pursuing actress Eva Longoria before his split from Stacy Kiebler.
The 52-year-old actor was persistent in trying to woo the "Desperate Housewives" actress when they were both in Berlin in March, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"George began pursuing Eva. He told her that he was still with Stacy, but had plans to break up with her and was interested in being with Eva," a source said.
"When Eva resisted, he continued to pursue her with texts and calls. Eva made it clear to him that she would not date or be with him until he was completely single. George and Eva never hooked up," the source added.
While Clooney and Kiebler recently parted ways, Longoria is dating Miami-based entrepreneur and philanthropist Ernesto Arguello, and the sources said: "She is now very happy with him."
