In an annual review, the Ghaziabad administration has marginally increased circle rates which are to be enforced from August 8 in this Uttar Pradesh district.
Additional District Magistate (Finance) Rajesh Kumar Yadav told IANS that the circle rates had been revised from Rs 1.08 lakh to Rs 1.20 lakh per metre in the prime commercial area of Maliwara to Bus Stand and Turabnagar Nagar to Ramteram Road.
Likewise, on GT road in RED Mall area, the circle rates have been revised from Rs 90,000 to Rs 1.80 lakh per square metre.
