A 16-year-old girl who was brought to the national capital on the pretext of getting her a job was gang-raped repeatedly by her cousin and his friends, police said Tuesday.
The girl was brought from Gumla in Jharkhand by her cousin and his friend.
According to police, the girl was found unconscious near a temple near Kashmiri Gate metro station in north Delhi.
Her cousin had got her a job in Patel Nagar where she was working as housemaid.
"Her cousin used to take her to his house, where he and his friends would rape her," said an official.
"The victim was traumatised and fled from her employer's house. She fell unconscious near Kashmiri Gate metro station," said the officer.
The police is on the lookout for the culprits.
