La Liga club Granada has reached an agreement with Ecuadorian football club Independiente del Valle to sign striker Jose Angulo, who will play the next five seasons in the Andalusian club.
The agreement between the two clubs and the player has been sealed, Granada sources confirmed to Efe.
The Andalusian club will pay 4.5 million euros ($5 million) for the Ecuadorian striker -- the most expensive deal in the club's history.
Jose Angulo, 21, became one of the top players last season at the Copa Libertadores with Ecuadorian club Independiente del Valle --the team that surprised everyone by reaching the tournament final.
