Gwen Stefani is in 'writing mode'

Singer Gwen Stefani says she is currently in the "writing mode again", thanks to her association with the reality show "The Voice".

"I am really in the writing mode again. I am writing music, so I have grown really connected to the music now. To be here is incredible because listening to all the coaches and their opinions, what they are hearing and everybody hears music in a different way but yet everybody feels the music the same way, emotionally," Stefani said in a statement.

Stefani is judging the ninth season of "The Voice", which is aired on AXN, along with Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams.

"The sweet escape" hitmaker added that her love for music is eternal and magical.

She said: "I love music, music is one of the greatest gifts we have been given on this planet and it's just such a weird thing but it really takes an emotion and puts it in this place where every time you go back to it, you just remember that feeling and it's just so magical."
