Barcelona have announced the transfer of Croatian midfielder Alen Halilovic to German football club Hamburg for five million euros ($5.5 million), with an option of buying him back during the first two years for 10 million euros ($11 million).
In a statement on Thursday, Barcelona announced the sale of the 20-year-old Croatian after he arrived in summer 2014 for just 2.2 million euros ($2.4 million) from Dinamo Zagreb, reports Efe.
During that season Halilovic played for Barcelona B and was later transferred on a loan deal to Sporting Gijon.
