The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Thursday granted bail to another former Maruti Suzuki worker in connection with the 2012 violence at the company's Manesar plant here.
Casual worker Sonu Kumar, resident of Haryana's Panipat district, got the bail after his lawyer moved the high court after a Gurgaon court denied him bail nearly four months ago.
So far, 84 workers have been granted bail by different courts in connection with the July 18, 2012, violence that left a senior executive dead and 50 people injured.
The workers have been getting relief after the Supreme Court on February 23 granted bail to two workers.
A Gurgaon district court on Friday will hear the bail applications of 12 other jailed workers.
They are in jail on charges of murder, attempt to murder and criminal conspiracy, a lawyer said.
