Hero Motocorp to make 12 mn two-wheelers a year

Hero Motocorp said Thursday its annual production capacity will reach 12 million units manufactured in over 20 facilities all over the world.

Managing director and chief executive Pavan Munjal said the company by the year 2020 will sell its products in over 50 countries and have an annual turnover of Rs.60,000 crore.

Further, the company is aiming to achieve an EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) margin of 20 percent, Munjal said on the sidelines of an event to mark the production of the company's 50-millionth two-wheeler here at its Gurgaon plant.
