Three people were arrested here with over two kg heroin valued at Rs.8 crore in the international market, police said Friday.
Shoaib, 22, Bal Kishan, 19, and Devender Kumar, 23, were arrested from east Delhi's Jafrabad Wednesday when Shoaib went there to deliver the 2.250 kg heroin consignment.
During interrogation, all the accused disclosed they are part of a big narcotics racket involved in heroin trafficking in the city, police said.
"Devender and Kishan used to procure the heroin from a drug supplier based in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly through carriers while Shoaib was engaged in supplying heroin in Delhi at the instance of his master," said a police officer.
