Actress-singer Hilary Duff, whose last offering was 2007's "Dignity", says the release of her 2014 comeback album has been delayed.
The 26-year-old took to Twitter to give an update on the project, reports usmagazine.com.
"Guys hate to break this news, but the album won't be out in October. You will have to wait a few more months. Love all the excitement tho (though)," she tweeted.
Duff gave no explanation for the delay of her new music.
She had already begun a promo campaign for her new single "All about you", which recently came out.
The track is the second release from her yet-untitled album. The first offering, "Chase the sun" was unveiled in July.
