Hot, humid Friday morning in Delhi

It was a hot and humid Friday morning in the national capital with the maximum temperature recorded at 25.8 degree celsius, two notches below the season's average.

The Met has forecast a partly cloudy day with possibilities of light rain.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 38 degree celsius.

"The city witnessed a humid Friday morning. There are possibilities of light rain in the afternoon and evening. The sky is likely to turn partly cloudy," said an official of the India Meteorological Department(IMD).

Humidity at 8.30 a.m was 67 per cent.

Thursday was warm and humid. The maximum temperature settled at 37.3 degrees celsius, two notches below the season's average while minimum temperature settled at 28 degree celsius.
