I'm not a Buddhist: Miranda Kerr

Model Miranda Kerr has denied long-running rumours that she is practices Buddhism.

The 31-year-old cleared the rumours about her religion and said she is a Christian, reports contactmusic.com. "No, I'm not Buddhist. Orlando is. I'm not Buddhist. I'm Christian," said Kerr, who called off her three years of marriage with husband and actor Orlando Bloom in October 2013.

Bloom converted his religion and turned into a Buddhist in 2004 and for long it was stated that his wife is also a follower of the faith.

In her clarification, Kerr further said: "I pray every day. I meditate every day and I do yoga. I'm not religious, I'm spiritual. And praying is something my grandmother taught me as well. To pray and be grateful, have gratitude, is a big thing for me."
