The Indian Body Builders Federation (IBBF) has organised a selection trial here Saturday for the Indian team to be chosen for the eighth World Body Building and Physique Sports Championship to be held in Mumbai Dec 5-8.
The international event will be held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO, Mumbai.
The trial will consist of the following categories -- junior, masters, senior men's and women's body building, fitness and athletic physique for men and women, women model physique and men's sports physique.
"The competitive season is back with the selection trials in Vadodara. The level of anticipation has reached its zenith as I am waiting for the Indian team to represent our country in this World Championship. I want to wish all the participants who will be competing in Vadodara good luck," Chetan Pathare, general secretary, IBBF, said in a statement.
