The International Cricket Council (ICC) will discuss course of its action on critical issues like the balance between bat and ball and illegal bowling actions at its annual cricket ommittee meeting here on May 15-16.
The committee is chaired by former India captain Anil Kumble and includes ICC chairman N. Srinivasan and chief executive David Richardson, an ICC release said on Thursday.
In addition, a review of the World Cup, held in Australia and New Zealand in February-March, will be done. Also on the agenda for discussion is the use of technology in umpiring and the code of conduct, including player behaviour.
The committee's remit is to discuss these issues and make recommendations to the chief executives' committee and the governing body's board that will meet in Barbados during the ICC's Annual Conference week, June 22-26.
