Infection kept Salman away from shooting in Kashmir

Superstar Salman Khan, currently here for filming "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", was unable to shoot for the last two days due to severe ear infection and sinusitis.

The actor began the shoot of the film on Tuesday.

"It's true. Salman Khan is in severe pain and with the help of pain killers, we have started shooting," the spokesperson of the film said in a statement.

The "Ek Tha Tiger" star is on a 40-day shoot schedule in Kashmir.

Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie also stars Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Salman is also the co-producer of the film with Rockline Venkatesh.
