Inter Milan midfielder Felipe Melo got a head injury after a clash with his teammate in a 1-0 home win against Genoa in Italian football league Serie A here.
The Brazilian clashed with Chilean Gary Medel during the first half on Saturday and was replaced after reporting that he felt dizzy. He couldn't remember anything about the incident, Melo said before being sent to hospital for scans, reports Xinhua.
Inter Milan, with Danilo D'Ambrosio sent off late for a second bookable offence, still held on to claim the victory and go two points clear at the top of Serie A although Napoli can restore their one-point lead with a win at Bologna on Sunday.
