Finance Minister Arun Jaitley was Monday discharged from the AIIMS, where he was admitted for observation Sep 28 after he underwent treatment for diabetes management elsewhere.
Jaitley had been kept in isolation at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences's cardiothoracic and neurosciences centre.
"He has recovered well and has been discharged today. However, he will have to visit AIIMS for routine check-ups," AIIMS spokesman Amit Gupta told IANS.
Earlier, Jaitley, who is also the defence minister, underwent laparoscopic procedure for diabetes management at the Max Super Specialty Hospital.
