"The Muppets" director James Bobin is reportedly in early talks to direct the sequel to Disney's "Alice in Wonderland".
Disney is keen to rope in Bobin for the sequel to the hit 2010 blockbuster, reports hollywoodreporter.com. The discussions with the filmmaker are said to be in the early stages and he has yet to meet with producers Joe Roth, Suzanne Todd and Jennifer Todd.
"Alice In Wonderland" was directed by Tim Burton, and starred Johnny Depp. It is not yet known which cast members will return for the sequel.
