Jaguar Land Rover India (JLRIL) on Tuesday commenced the local manufacturing of Jaguar's first performance SUV F-Pace.
According to the company, the locally manufactured 2018 model year F-Pace is priced at Rs 60.02 lakh (ex-showroom price in India) and can booked from Tuesday.
The SUV will be available in the "Prestige derivative" and powered by a 2.0 litre 4-cylinder, 132 kW "Turbocharged Ingenium Diesel" engine.
"The launch of the locally manufactured F-PACE signifies another milestone in our continued commitment and efforts towards 'Make in India' policy of the Government of India," said Rohit Suri, Managing Director and President, Jaguar Land Rover India.
