Atletico Madrid defender Juanfran Torres has said that the continuance of French forward Antoine Griezmann with the Spanish football club will guarantee more goals, work and commitment.
In an interview on Friday, Juanfran commented on the extension of Griezmann's contract with the Rojiblancos said: "We are happy for him. If you asked any European club, they would want him. Having Griezmann ensures goals, work and commitment."
When asked about the continuation of Argentine manager Diego Simeone as head coach, Juanfran said that now is not the right time to jeopardise the position of the coach, especially as the Argentine knows the internal details of the team, reports Efe.
