Veteran Telugu filmmaker K. Vishwanath will receive the lifetime achievement award at the second edition of the Gulf Andhra Music Awards (GAMA) in Dubai next year.
"This time we're going to honour legendary director K. Vishwanath with the lifetime achievement award. The event is scheduled to take place Feb 6 next year in Dubai. The entire Telugu film industry is expected to come under one roof for this program," Kesari Thirumurthulu, chairman of GAMA, told IANS.
"We plan to release a special souvenir soon with regards to the awards ceremony," he said.
Last year, GAMA honoured late Telugu filmmaker Bapu with the lifetime achievement award.
