Director Santosh Srinivas and actor Ram have joined hands for a yet-untitled Telugu project five years since they collaborated for the first time in blockbuster "Kandireega". The project is slated to go on the floors in May.
The film was officially launched on Friday on the occasion of Ugadi, and its producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore said they are planning to release the film during Dussehra festival.
Music composer Ghibran has been roped in to compose the tunes.
Asked if the project is a sequel to "Kandireega", Kishore denied it.
"This is a new project and not a sequel. We're confident that the film will be as successful as 'Kandireega'," he told IANS.
