Experts on Tuesday discussed the alignment of the Kartarpur corridor, the coordinates and engineering aspects of the proposed crossing points, government sources said.

They also conducted a survey of the site after a meeting of engineers and surveyors.

India had been seeking this meeting for a long time and had even suggested to holding it on February 15. Pakistan, however, linked it to the meeting on draft Agreement.

The outcomes from today's site visit and survey would be further discussed at the next meeting of the two sides on April 2.
