Kate Moss underwent detox diet for Playboy

Supermodel Kate Moss, who posed for Playboy's 60th anniversary edition, was on a four day detox diet plan to stay in shape.

The 39-year-old prepared for the shoot by taking a master detox programme at LifeCo retreat in Turkey, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"Kate flew over a few days beforehand because she wanted to look perfect for her big moment," said a source.

The source added: "The tough regime involved drinking fruit and vegetable juices and eliminating solid food in order to rid the body of toxins."
