Supermodel Heidi Klum is house hunting with boyfriend Martin Kristen, and she has even checked out singer Katy Perry's mansion here.
The couple became romantically involved in 2012, after Klum's split from husband Seal. They are now said to be keen on Perry's house because all the children's bedrooms are on the same floor as the master bedroom, reports tmz.com.
Perry purchased the mansion in 2011 with her ex-husband, actor Russell Brand and they had plans to renovate it before moving in. But they went splitsville. The "Firework" star Perry, recently reduced the asking price to $6.5 million in a bid to sell the home.
The grand property was built in 1912. It boasts of a pool with a waterfall, a garden, a carriage house and two guest suites.
