Veteran country singer Kenny Rogers has announced that he's going on a massive world tour before retiring.
While promoting his "Once Again It's Christmas" album on "Today" show on Friday, he shared his retirement plans, reports aceshowbiz.com.
"It's happily sad or sadly happy," he said. "I'm going to do a big worldwide tour, and it's going to be my last. I'm going to say goodbye at that point; I've done this long enough. There's a fine line between being driven and being selfish, and I think I crossed that line when I was younger."
The 77-year-old, who has five children including 11-year-old twins Jordan and Justin, went on explaining his decision, "I really want to be there with my kids and my wife. I don't see enough of them. And I have some things on my bucket list."
