Kenya finally found the right combination as they beat Namibia 1-0 in their final Brazil 2014 World Cup qualifier here.
David 'Calabar' Owino's sixth minute goal was enough to see Kenya's 'Harambee Stars' beat Namibia 'Brave Warriors' in a hotly contested match Sunday, reports Xinhua.
The win helped Kenya leapfrog Namibia in the Group F standing to finish third on seven points, two more than Namibia.
Nigeria are the group leaders and will join 10 other African countries in the final play-offs. Nigeria had beaten Malawi 2-0 in Kalabar Saturday.
Nigeria finished the qualifiers on top of Group 'F' and will play in the final playoffs.
Cape Verde, Ethiopia, Burkina Faso and Nigeria joined Algeria, Egypt, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Senegal in the final play off with one more team, either Cameroon or Libya.
