US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived on his first official visit here Sunday and will chair the inter-agency delegation on the fourth annual US-India Strategic Dialogue.
During his three-day visit here, Kerry will address a gathering at India Habitat Centre on US-India Strategic Partnership. On Monday, he meets External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid for the dialogue, after which both will hold a joint press conference.
He will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday. He leaves Tuesday.
The India-US Strategic Dialogue, launched in 2009, is a forum to discuss the gamut of US-India cooperation on bilateral and regional issues.
The visit is the first major high-level engagement between the two sides during President Barack Obama's second term.
