Ricardo Kishna scored twice to lead Ajax to a 4-2 victory over FC Twente in the Dutch Eredivisie.
A header by Jesus Corona earned Twente an early lead in Amsterdam Sunday, but within the first quarter Ajax bounced back through a hard shot by Nick Viergever, on an assist by Kishna, and a smashing volley by 18-year-old Riechedly Bazoer. The latter scored his first Eredivisie goal, reports Xinhua.
Twente equalised through Hakim Ziyech five minutes after half-time. The 20-year-old Kishna finished a cross by Anwar El Ghazi to give Ajax the lead again and secured the 4-2 victory after an assist by substitute Arkadiusz Milik.
Meanwhile, Feyenoord lost 0-2 to Heracles Almelo Saturday, while league leaders PSV beat AZ 4-2 in a spectacular encounter Friday in Alkmaar. PSV booked their 10th league victory in a row and their 20th of the season.
PSV still lead the standings with 61 points from 23 matches, followed by Ajax (49), Feyenoord (41), AZ (41) and PEC Zwolle (39).
