Film, TV personality and stage actor Jayant Kripalani's second novel is again based in Kolkata and its working title is "Howrah Bridge".
"There are three novellas with the same characters. I have to knit them together," Kripalani told IANS.
"They start off in Kolkata, then move to Mumbai and then they reach Darjeeling. So whether they move to Darjeeling or not ... I don't know. It is still in its initial stage," he added.
Kripalani's debut novel "New Market Tales" is an anthology of 11 short stories. The stories are set against the British era's 139-year-old New Market - the oldest municipal market in the city and a heritage structure.
