Adam, 7, is Lauren's son with ex-husband Andrew Silverman. She is seven-month pregnant with Simon's child.
The 36-year-old looked gorgeous for the journey, wearing comfortable clothes and sticking to neutral colours, as she walked towards catching her flight here, reports dailymail.co.uk.
