Claudio Ranieri, the Italian head coach of Leicester City, has been chosen by English Premier League (EPL) as coach of the month for March, the second time this football season he has garnered that honour.
Ranieri, whose club (69 points) is in first place with six games remaining, seven points clear of second-place Tottenham Hotspur, also won that award in November. He got this month's award on Friday, reports Efe.
The 64-year-old Ranieri led the Foxes to three 1-0 wins (over Watford, Newcastle United and Crystal Palace) and a 2-2 draw (against West Bromwich Albion) in March that solidified their position at the top of the standings.
Tottenham striker Harry Kane, meanwhile, was on Friday named the Premier League's player of the month for March after scoring five goals in four games.
